1. 7 day फ्री टेस्टिंग वारर्न्टी कंपनी अपनी तरफ से अपने customer को देती हे अगर (refurbished) लैपटॉप में कोइ problem आती हे तो हमारी टेक्निकल टीम को सूचित कर सकते हे 7 दिन के बाद हमारी कंपनी की किसी भी तरह की कोइ वारंटी नहीं होगी
2. जब आप (refurbished)लैपटॉप open करते हे तब हमारे customer care अधिकारी के सामने ही विडियो calling पर साथ लेकर ही करे और उसकी विडियो रेकोडिंग पुरे पार्सल की खोलने की और कंडीशन रेकोडिंग करनी हे पार्सल हमारे द्वार ही online विडियो रेकोडिंग पर साथ में लेकर ही खुलवाया जायेगा अगर customer उसको बिना हमारी जानकारी के खोलता हे और उसमे कोइ प्रॉब्लम आती हे तो उसकी जिमेदारी customer खुद की रहेगी
3. अगर आप (refurbished)लैपटॉप की वारंटी 6 month के लिए करना चाहते हे तो 1000 एक्स्ट्रा पे करे और वारंटी card ले

9 पेमेंट /कौरिअर से सम्बन्धी- जब आप का पार्सल कौरिअर ऑफिस पहुच जाता हे उसके बाद पहले आप को कंपनी के अकाउंट में पेमेंट करना रहेगा और उस पेमेंट की recipt को कौरिअरे ऑफिस में दिखाने के बाद वहा से पार्सल दिया जायेगा और वो पेमेंट की recipt कंपनी को भेजने के 30 से 60 मिनट्स का टाइम लगता हे उसके बाद ही पार्सल मिल पायेगा
10 . पेमेंट /कौरिअर से सम्बन्धी- जब आप का पार्सल कौरिअर ऑफिस पहुच जाता हे हे तो आप कंपनी के अकाउंट में ही पेमेंट करे और पेमेंट किसी भी personal account में नहीं करे पेमेंट करने के बाद हमारे customer केयर नंबर 9460992100/6376134400पर conform ज़रूर करे किसी भी तरह की जानकारी या कोइ भी असुविध हो तो केवल आप हमारे support नंबर पर ही cell करके

1. 7 day free testing Warranty company gives on its behalf to its customer. If (refurbished) laptop has any problem, then we can inform our technical team that after 7 days our company will not have any kind of warranty.

When you (refurbished) open the laptop, then our customer should take care of the video officer in front of the care officer as well as the video recording to open the entire parcel and record the condition of the parcel at our doorstep online video recording. It will be opened only if the customer opens it without our knowledge and he has a problem, then the responsibility of the customer himself will remain.
3. If you want to warranty (refurbished) laptop for 6 months then pay 1000 extras and take warranty card.
4. (refurbished) Do not remove the pony / slip on the laptop and do not open any part of the laptop. If you do this then our company's warranty will expire or if there is any physical damage, then any company of it. There will not be any kind of responsibility

6 When you open the parcel, then the full (refurbished) laptop / refurbished desktop is to be shown by running on the video cell
7. After booking the laptop, the booking number will come on your number, that number will be considered as conforming to your booking.
8 Our sales executive has given you the complete information about the laptop. The (refurbished) laptop / desktop book that you have made is not new. The mall of old stock (refurbished) is not a new laptop desktop.
9 Payment / Courier related- When your parcel reaches the courier office, after that you will first have to pay in the company account and after showing the receipt of that payment in the courier office, the parcel will be given from there and the receipt of that payment Parcel will be received only after it takes 30 to 60 minutes to send to the company.
